New Bishop, New Arms, and Credit Where Credit Is Due

That credit was somehow missing from That Other Guy's . . . sorry, That Other "Team's" Blog, even though the Originator (and most likely still sole proprietor) of that Blog introduces his own heraldic website with the warning:

We are happy to correct what was undoubtedly a clerical oversight (pardon the pun) by That Other Guy's "Team"! Especially since the heraldist-artist whose work is featured in this new coat-of-arms must be, given the ubiquity of his designs, the most popular expert now serving the hierarchy of the United States.
